Tara and Amber hit up Sugar and Spruce, the Instagram-worthy bath and body shop with its adorable pastel aesthetic and incredible selection of dessert-inspired self care essentials. Owner and UMW alum, Morgan, gives them a peek into the place where the magic happens, showing them how the treasures are made in-store.

Tara and Sienna take a trip to Mondays Plant Studio, a very on-trend houseplant shop. Take a selfie with the eyecatching neon sign, buy a new plant, or trade at the take a cutting / leave a cutting wall; there’s something here for everybody.

Tara and Sienna visit Katora, a plant-based cafe with wall-to-wall art and a great selection of fascinating drinks. Barista Ethan leads them through making his favorite, a mushroom and turmeric oat milk iced drink sure to cut the heat.
